Can I exchange my item?

 

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

 

The Horse Center Academy - Online Membership

 

HOW TO SUBSCRIBE: Sign up https://www.thehorsecenter.com/academy_online_training_courses2 . 

Prices are in USD. The primary plans are either a monthly or yearly subscription. There may be other program subscription options or special rates available during promotional periods such as quarterly or lifetime access.

  1. If you are on a 3-day or 7-day trial promotion, The free trial begins on the day of your sign-up, not the hour. Cancel before the day trial is up if you do not wish to continue membership and be charged.

  2. If you do not cancel in time and your billing fails, your account is late and at risk of default. You must bring your account current as outlined in the “Failure to Pay and Unpaid Balances” section at the bottom of this page.

    1. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS do not come with a trial period, and will be charged within 3 days of sign-up, and your promotional products are ordered/shipped at that time.

  3. The monthly membership is a recurring payment; this means that you will be charged each month until you unsubscribe.

  4. Yearly memberships do not auto-renew, and you do not need to unsubscribe; your account will simply expire at the end date of your membership.

PROMOTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION OFFERS:

  1. If you sign up through a Promotion offering a month(s) of free service, your free month(s) will begin during month 2 of your membership, and you must stay subscribed during the entire promotion to maintain access. You will be charged an early termination fee equal the cost of the regular subscription for the entire promotional period, minus what you have already paid in. 

    1. Example Promotion: Sign up and receive 2 months free service to THCA at a discounted rate of $34 (regularly $49/mo). When you sign up at that time, you would be charged $34 for the first month, and months 2 and 3 are free. If you cancel during the first month however, you would be charged an early termination fee of the Regular rate of the monthly plan plus an additional month, minus what you had already paid. If you canceled at any time prior to the final week of the third month, your early termination fee would be: ($49 x 2 = $98 minus $34 already paid = $64) 

  2. LIFETIME ACCESS: You maintain login and priority access to all membership services to The Horse Center Academy. You receive priority service for discounts to additional courses outside the membership, mentorship/intern opportunities, clinics, products and all other services offered by THCA not included in the main membership  

HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE: You can manage your account easily under ACCOUNT SUPPORT tab once you’re logged in to the membership hub at https://horsecenteracademy.com  

  1. Make sure you’re logged in to the membership hub https://horsecenteracademy.com

  2. Click the ACCOUNT SUPPORT button on the main page or in the dropdown menu.

  3. Press CANCEL MEMBERSHIP and follow the steps to discontinue your membership

  4. NOTE: YOU WILL NEED YOUR ORDER NUMBER FROM YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM WHEN YOU INITIALLY SIGNED UP TO VERIFY YOUR INFORMATION TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR BILLING

  5. You will receive a confirmation email that your account is canceled. If you don’t receive an email, it did not cancel. You can always email us at info@thehorsecenter.com to see if your cancellation went through.

  6. If you have paid with PayPal, then you will need to go to your PayPal Account/Profile tab, then Your Money, then Recurring Payments. You can cancel the recurring payment to us there.

  7. Yearly memberships auto-renew as a monthly subscription at a discounted rate of $39/month USD. You can renew for another year at the rate you previously had by emailing us at: info@thehorsecenter.com 

  8. Your access to the membership hub website will continue as long as you are subscribed to THCA Membership. However, once you cancel you will immediately no longer have access to the membership hub & community

UPDATE BILLING INFORMATION: You can update billing information easily under ACCOUNT SUPPORT tab once you’re logged in to the membership hub at https://horsecenteracademy.com  

UPDATE LOGIN: If you want to change your email, username, or password, you can update your information under ACCOUNT.

Membership Account Cancellation Policy: 

You are solely responsible for the cancellation of your account, and you will be responsible for all Fees incurred until such cancellation occurs. No refunds will be provided for your failure to properly cancel the access associated with your account.

To cancel your membership, you must log into your account and follow the cancellation instructions found in the ACCOUNT SUPPORT page found in the main menu of the membership hub. These steps are described in detail above. For your security and to ensure proper processing, we do not accept cancellations via email or support messages.

 

Membership Refund Policy

REFUNDS: Refunds will ONLY be given if there is a mistake made on THCA’s behalf. If you have forgotten to unsubscribe in a timely manner, created a second account accidentally, or made another mistake that had nothing to do with our system/processes, there will be no refund for the period you have been charged for. There are no refunds for Yearly Subscriptions.
 
Once your membership is canceled, you will lose all access to the membership and training videos at the time of cancellation, and you will not be charged for any future billing periods. NO Exceptions and NO prorated refunds
 
We fashioned this refund policy after a gym membership or COSTCO refund type policy, if you don’t use it, you still pay until you cancel. You will have access and will continue to get billed until you log in to your account at https://horsecenteracademy.com and complete the cancellation process found in the Account Support Page.

FAILURE TO PAY OR UNPAID BALANCES:

At the end of any trial period, or any 30 day billing cycle, you will automatically be charged for the next month of service. If your billing fails, your account is considered late. After three (3) failed attempts, your account is in default and you will need to bring your account current to regain access to the membership hub. If you do not bring your account current, your account will fall in to collections.

 

If any fees or charges owed to Bootlegger Ranch & The Horse Center are not paid when due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the membership until payment is received in full. Accounts that remain unpaid after 30 days from the due date, or first failed billing attempt, may be referred to a third-party collection agency or attorney for recovery. You agree to be responsible for all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.

 

If you attempt to cancel your membership without fulfilling outstanding payment obligations, such unpaid balances will also be subject to collection.
