Far too often, mainstream horse training wraps around a specific set of exercises or techniques, a standardized “6 steps to success,” that is often fear/dominance based.
It is always “if your horse does this, we counter this way and push them to do what we want.”
That may work well on those young or clean slate well bred horses...
But it’s not all butterflies and
rainbows in the horse world is it?
Your horse is as unique as you are, and we don’t all react or learn the same right?
ALL Horses have their own needs, instincts, and personality. You can’t teach or communicate effectively without understanding this.
Horses often struggled with previous trainers who followed a “by-the-book” approach, which generally ignores the horse’s personality, communication signals, and learning style.
Clients would bring me these same horses and I loved helping them succeed, and giving back a happy and trained horse. It was my passion and at times my escape...
...but far too often the horses would regress once back with their owner.
I realized that owners MUST invest in their knowledge and horsemanship to build that partnership and reach their goals.
Now my mission is to invest my time and knowledge in you, so that you can invest that knowledge and my CO-RE Methods into your horse to become the team you have dreamed of...
